60-DAY SUMMER CHALLENGE
Join us on July 1st for a 60-Day Pelvic Health Reset Challenge. For the next 60 days we are going to achieve 6 pelvic health focused goals. The goals focus on exercise, nutrition, hydration, mental health, and breath-work. One day each week is a "flex-day" for you to use as needed. Included in these downloads are directions for establishing your personal goals, a calendar to keep track of your progress, and a journal for reflection.
